Introduction	I work for an education services organisation in the UK, with a particular interest in career counselling and coaching. My employer is involved in the provision of careers information advice and guidance for young people and adults. I trained in Careers Guidance at the University of East London, and have worked with young people and adults in south London. I am now responsible for research and knowledge management within the company, and oversee our SharePoint collaboration and document sharing software. I have an interest in use of technology to support careers work, and my current job takes me to a variety of conferences and events to learn more about educational technology.
