Introduction	I am a grateful stay at home mom to 2 1/2 year old Jack. It took me a while to say "stay at home", and this blog is a result of that. How many times have I said "I'm on leave," or something in that vein of thought? I'm sure I'm not the only one. If you are a proud stay at home mom, this blog's for you. Let me know what bugs you, hot topics, and I'll do my best to pen my thoughts on everything from mom jeans - (just DON'T) to picky eaters (and boy do I have one). City Dad and I have been through lots together in the 8 years since we met and 5 years married - he continues to be a fantastic husband and father. I was an elementary teacher for 7 years, and taught Grades 1, 3 and 6. I loved teaching, but love being home more.
