| Introduction | I began running in March, 2008. Never expected to continue with it beyond that summer (and my 20-year high school reunion). But despite my initial short-term intentions, I ended up running my first half-marathon in November, 2008 and my first full marathon in April, 2009. I usually train Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings in nearby neighborhoods, and on Saturday mornings with the Runner's World group. |
