| Introduction | Over the past year I have heard the following comment numerous times, "Boy your life must have changed." I simply smile and laugh as I think inside that this is truly the understandment of the year. Nothing can prepare you for motherhood times two! My previous life (that before children) of shopping, watching TV, napping, cooking for fun, and working out has been replace with feeding, dirty diapers, and numerous sleepless nights. Is it challenging? Yes! Is it exhausting? Most certainly! Have I aged? By ten years. But I wouldn't change it for the world. Nothing can compare to smelling your baby's hair after a bath, little fingers wrapping around your one, or hearing "mama" for the first time. So in an effort to document my babies "firsts" I have decided to blog about the joys and tribulations of motherhood. I hope you enjoy reading first hand the journey of one new mom and the journey of her twins, Evelyn and Gavin. |
