Introduction	I now live in Oregon, in the small town of Lebanon. I have found that Oregon has so much diversity, In the way of cultures and foods, and is very progressive on whole real foods, food allergies and intolerances. I love life here! Learning to live gluten-free and corn-free hasn't been an easy road, and it isn't an easy journey for those finding themselves suddenly having to live without foods that were making them sick. I hope that through this blog we can help open up the whole new world of real and whole foods that are fabulous!
