Introduction	HI ASkickers. Its been 12 years when i was diagnosed and it took me 4 years to accept that i have this disease.Pain is my permanent partner but i live happy with it.AS made me physically weak but mentally it made me strong and lively.Every morning my body says "YOU CANT MOVE" but I wake up and put my shoes on and start jogging then lots of exercice.AT last lots of pushups.Every pushup feels like i am kicking ASS of AS.then i rock whole day
