| Introduction | I was born in San Franciso, but I don't live there. I do live in California, so life is tough, bizarre, and barely manageable. As Thomas Jefferson said, "...that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed." I suspect this is why I still live in California; I must have some strange need to suffer and the government here is more than happy to accede to my wishes. |
