| Introduction | I have been a commercial real estate investor for more than 30 years and have had enough of it! A few years ago (before the obviously looming financial BS) I started liquidating my assets and moving into less traditional investment vehicles. I shun the stock market, have traditionally hated commodities due to volatility but have recently fallen in love with silver and gold. I have undergraduate degrees in physics, math and economics and a PhD in physics but can't stand the academic world. They did teach me how to analyze data and research, so that's what I'm attempting to do here in the markets. No elliot wave, techno babble, trendy TA horseshit, just observations on trends, momentum, investor sentiment, fundamentals and sound research. Searching for a meaningful signal in all of the noise. |
