| Introduction | I started my fat loss journey in 2003 weighing @ 315 pounds. By 2007, I had lost @ 130 pounds. My fat loss story has been highlighted on CNN's FitNation and I was "inked" on LA Ink back in 2008. Now, I'm over my fat loss story and have enjoyed living my life as a maintainer.
