| Introduction | Hello All! My name is Kelly Mackey. I am a stay at home Mom of 3 kids. I have set a goal in 2011 that I want to lose weight and be healthier. I also want to glorify the Lord but not allowing myself to be sinful by overeating. I know I am totally putting myself out there by making this public. But it is a way to hold me accountable. I am totally UNASHAMED to say that I am a firm believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. I truly believe that He can help me acheive my weight loss goals and that I can become closer to Him as I lay down the idol of food. Please join me on my journey to better health and wellness.
