| Introduction | As a kid, my parents would take me and my siblings on road trips all over the US. At the time, I hated having to get out of the van to read the road signs about the important historical events that occurred all along I-80. Looking back, I realize how important it is to recognize the amount you can learn from the most unsuspecting places. Every place and person in this world has a valuable lesson for me to learn. With a passion for adventures and a commitment to social justice, I am excited to learn some new lessons while working in the field of international public health. |
