| Introduction | I have been a Fitness Coach for over thirteen years. In May of 2006 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Grade III Breast Cancer. This blog is intended to help women get and or stay fit during their treatments. After having a bilateral mastectomy in July 06 and going through eight rounds of chemo, radiation and herceptin I had my reconstruction surgery in Sept 07.
