Introduction	My name is Deeksha and I have a huge list of things that inspire me. Most importantly it is colors. Growing up in a cultural melting pot like India, I had the opportunity to learn traditional Indian art first hand. I was delighted by the unique and colorful art forms from different regions of India. Faraway in Los Angeles, I still yearn to be a part of that mystical land. I love painting and that is what I do most of the time. The stories, I carry with me, from home shape my brush strokes. The beauty of the land and the riot of colors in India are my inspirations.
