Introduction	My life is about to change drastically, and I couldn't be happier! I am going to take time periodically to journal my feelings about these changes. It is my hope that one day someone else will benefit from reading my thoughts, but in the mean time this is going to be my way of watching my growth, while I shrink. Being quite honest, by the time I get down to my goal weight, I will have lost another person in here somewhere, but I am going to make sure it is the more messed up, less sane person! LOL
