Introduction	Sheryl Chase After post-graduate work in Advertising and Marketing, Sheryl’s career took her from agency work, marketing positions at a major bank group and finally to successfully building a marketing and advertising company in San Diego, which she headed for 25 years. She helped clients by recommending and implementing marketing and creative strategies to take them from local to sometimes international levels. In addition, Sheryl has won awards for her efforts in volunteerism for several organizations and for her abilities as an artist. She has drawn the plans and helped supervise the building of a home. She also has used her skills as a designer in renovating and creating beautiful spaces for living. Now she puts those same abilities to work for buyers and sellers of residential real estate, working with them as partners to discover opportunities and create potential for winning solutions.
