| Introduction | I am a board-certified retina specialist/surgeon who performed general ophthalmology & laser treatment for eye diseases. I performed tens of thousands of eye surgeries. I was Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology Emeritus at Columbia University Medical School, the first woman to achieve that rank. I have published multiple papers in peer review journals. My areas of expertise include: Retinal Diseases, Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, Hereditary Retinal Disease, Sickle Cell Disease and retinal tears. |
