Introduction	My name is Ashley Paulson. I am the wife of a sexy man, a mother of 3 beautiful girls, an endurance athlete, and an energetic fitness instructor. I've been married for almost 13 years to the most supportive man in the world who truly is the man behind the woman! My daughters are 11, 11, and 5 years old. That's right! My oldest are twins and I've loved every minute of being a mother. I've completed several marathons, olympic, 70.3 triathlons, and 2 Full Ironman. You can see me on any given day running 20 miles, biking 80, or swimming 2 at La Jolla Cove with the seals.(ok now in Utah lake with carp).. I am a Certified Fitness Instructor. I teach classes in Spin, Strength, and Kickboxing at Golds Gym. Come join me in class or at any one of my daily workouts.
