| Introduction | Hina is currently the Director and Secretary, International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (ICECD) which she established at Ahmedabad, India in the year 1986. The Centre works extensively in India and around the globe in 60 nations in the field of entrepreneurship Development keeping gender issues into sharp focus. She has till now created more then 100,000 women entrepreneurs in the grassroot domain in India and across the world.She has won numerous awards including Woman of the year 2012 by the American Biological Institute, Oxford, London in July 2012,PMI Award 2010 for Best Project for Community Development for Widows Economic Rehabilitation by the Project Management Institute of India, November 2010 and “Stree Shakti Puraskar" by the Government of India presented by Hon’ble President of India Smt.
