Introduction	Born in Yogyakarta on Wednesday of November 5, 1947, from the couple of Journalists since the era of Dutch colonialism - Drs. Soeroto (Scholar of History of UI) & Siti Soemandari. I graduated from Architecture Engineering Faculty of Trisakti University. For about 12 years, worked as planning consultant especially in the field of tourism development, city layout & regional layout as well as transmigration area. Types of Consultation Project Performed (1982 – 1994): Development Master Plan of Central Kalimantan, Development Master Plan of Tourism of South-East Sulawesi, Development Master Plan of Tourism of Central Sulawesi, Marine Tourism Plan For Indonesia, Pattern of the Handling of Traditional House for Conservation and Tourism Purposes.
