Introduction	I am a fitness enthusiast! I have many years of experience as a personal trainer, training everyone from professional athletes, weight loss clients and assisting in the rehabilitation process of clients. I have over 6 years of personal knee rehabilitation and worked with some of the top physical therapist in the state. I just completed my physical therapy aide certificate from Ashworth College and am currently finishing my bachelors in Exercise Science with a minor in nutrion with an emphasis in dietary supplements and the regulation of sports aids from the University of Utah.
