Introduction	Interpreter of cultures. Promoted international understanding at grassroot level. Furthered cultural relations between countries. Worked in Japan, U.S.A and India. Japanese Language and Culture Consultant. PR and Teaching experience in Japan (JET Program). One of the first JETs (2001-2003) from India and first JET in Misono Mura, Mie-Ken. Appeared then on Japanese TV and Print Media as well as in Indian newspapers. Rich experience of being part of the diplomatic community in Tokyo for four years in the past when my father held a diplomatic appointment there. Recognized by the Japanese Embassy and Japanese PM’s wife Mrs. Abe in 2007 as one of the people making a contribution to the cultural exchange between Japan and India. First JET and the only Indian on panel that selected JETs from India. Assisted the Embassy of Japan with important delegations on free-lance basis. Contributed to enhancing cultural relations between Japan and India. Connecting people from different cultures through languages & cultural sensitivity while residing in States .
