| Introduction | Fred A. Buro is curently the Chief Marketing Officer for the MTR Gaming Group. Prior to that he was President & General Manager of Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, Pa. Prior to that he managed Buro Gaming, LLC, prior to that he was the President of the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City,NJ, and was also the Chief Marketing Officer for Columbia Sussex Corp's Casino Gaming Division, where he was responsible for the performance of the company’s entire portfolio of casinos. Buro has held other various key positions in casino gaming such as; VP Casino Management and Development for Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts, EVP Marketing; Trump Plaza Hotel Casino, President COO; Trump Plaza Hotel Casino, General Manager; Charles Town Races & Slots for Penn National Gaming. He has written many articles about gaming, marketing and performance which have been published in a variety of gaming magazines and are posted for review.
