Introduction	I am a 31 year old Mother of one beautiful 2 year old girl. I have been married for about 5 years to a wonderful man (he's the best) and my life is great. I live on a tiny island in the middle of the South Pacific just a few degrees above the equator. Did I mention that I have a great life? I decided I wanted to start writing about my great life and I also decided I wanted to write about being fit and healthy, working full time, and being a Mom. I wanted to share with others how I do it and hope others will share with me their secrets as well. Also, what better way to keep all my family and freinds that are so far away in the loop (well besides phone calls, e-mails, and letters).
