| Introduction | Since August of 2004 I have been working as Recruiting Manager for AST Corporation, a national Oracle Apps focused IT consulting firm with headquarters in Naperville, IL. Prior to AST, I had a similar role with DTI, located in the loop in downtown Chicago and before then was Director of Staffing Services and Recruiting Manager for USI, a regional IT Services and Staffing firm based out of Detroit, MI. I have also held positions in recruitment and branch/operations management roles at Inforizons, Sykes Enterprises, Johnson Service Group, Volt Technical Services and other national and international IT and Technical Staffing organizations. My experience in the IT and Technical staffing industry span better than 20 years and my achievements have been numerous. My last 7-8 years of pure IT Recruiting activities will hopefully prepare me as I transition into this niche recruiting area that AST focuses on – experienced Oracle Apps Implementation Consultants who want full-time salaried positions. |
