| Introduction | Over the past 10 years I have grown from a spank-happy tiger-mom, to a ghandi-loving, christian mystic, meditating, unschooling, home-birthing, attachment parent. How, you might ask, did these changes come about? One paradigm shift at a time. My husband is a "jack of all trades." He can personally build a house from the ground up with very little contracted out, replace car parts, drive box-trucks backwards, repair computers, and so many other useful skills. All that and he loves me, adores his kids, and prays to God. Yep; I am that lucky. My kids are as follows: Little Mama, 9 year old girl, future event planner and interior designer The Scientist, 8 year old boy and future astronaut The Inventor, 5 year old boy who intends to invent the first time machine Genius Baby, 14 month old boy who will not stop exploring for even a second |
