| Introduction | I am learning to live with a medical disorder that has no known cause and no known cure. It seriously affects my ability to eat, swallow, and sustain a healthy diet. It has left my digestive tract injured and even scarred. In time, this disorder is known to lead to cancer. Some foods I love, I can no longer eat. However, I am learning to reinvent my diet while using the process as a therapy to recover physically, mentally, and emotionally from how this disorder continues to shape my life. This blog is a way for me to express myself and to share my journey. If you are expecting quality writing, you've missed the point, and should pick up some Shakespeare instead. |
