| Introduction | NUSA DUSUN ORCHARD RESORT - Not very far from PD, Linggi, SG. Panjang, SG. Dua, Kuala Linggi, Linggi Port, ALAM, Beach, Fishman Kampong, Sime Darby Oil Palm Estate etc. The orchard has 2 phases and with 318 plots in total with 38 plots not sold. It started with a great marketing plan selling the plots with promises of chalets, resorts, hotels, bungalow houses, lake, training ground,medical center, herbs farm etc. A great place to retire until 10 years later only the orchard is standing the rest not to be seen. Hope at the near future something will happen for the better! |
