Retired from career as reporter, editor and page designer at the Kalamazoo Gazette (1966-99) and Milwaukee Journal (1963-66). Creator with my wife, Ellen, of an East Lansing celebration of the Day of the Dead and East Lansing Writers Forum. Current member and past president, State News Board of Directors.
