| Introduction | With a strong career as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, I've seen many births. One of the highlights of being human. Now, I'm starting something new in a different country. Four years ago I had a Breakthrough Crisis bringing up horrific memories of childhood and severe child abuse in every way, disassociated until then. Always calm in emergencies, emotional anxiety from childhood abuse was new to me. My mental health was not an issue in my life. Diagnosed with PTSD and Associative Anxiety disorder, it's been a long road. Time has made a difference and I just want others suffering with PTSD to know, it can be survived, lived with and manageable. I'd like to share my knowledge and experiences in this life, hoping to be of service to others on their path. |
