Introduction	Welcome! I am a wife and mother, working full-time in the medical industry. I started Paleo in Nov 2009, looking for a way to heal myself through diet. I began with the Primal Blueprint and Paleo Solution. From the start, Paleo made total sense. I don't know anyone else in real life who eats the way I do. Being the Hunter/Gatherer for the family means they eat better than most, but they are still not completely on board. So here I am, on my own, a couple of years into it and feeling better than I ever have. I am still trying to tweak and fine-tune things. Going it alone has not worked well enough in the past so I hope journaling will make it easier to see what areas need work. Helpful suggestions are most welcome.
