Introduction	Hello! My name is Tracy and Keep Calm And Bake Biscotti is all about cooking to keep calm. I am a self-taught cook & baker, photographer, teacher and wife. I come from a half Italian, half Ukrainian family. My passion for food defiantly comes from both sides. Much of my food is influenced by the Italian way of life. Eat till you burst! My grandfather was a chef and would spend many Saturdays teaching me about Ukrainian cooking. From him I get my love of different, interesting flavors and the willingness to try something new. My grandmother is Italian and has cooked traditional Italian food for years focusing on eating seasonally. From her I get my appreciation for ingredients and paying attention to the process of preparing meals. I am sure I get my obsession with food from my Italian side. I remember growing up I would eat spaghetti for breakfast. In more recent years cooking has become my passion at home. Cooking helps me to de-stress after work. This blog will focus on sharing simple, sophisticated, in season recipes that anyone can make at home. Cooking unites and connects us all! Welcome !
