Introduction	I'm a happily married well padded woman. I'm starting Atkins to see how that way of eating works for me, a type-2 Diabetic. Oh, I love to cook! I have 2 four footed children and a fiesty ol' seadog husband I call Captain Ben. I call him Skully when he's being fiesty and funny. My dogs Little Miss and Skully are always snoring by my side. My children are all grown with their own families now, so old Mom feels lonely way out here in the west when the totality of my families are in the Midwest and further east.
Interests	I enjoy reading, knitting and cooking. Culinary Mysteries and Trailer Park mysteries are fun. You'll usually find me knitting scarves or hats, handknitting and loom knitting. Baking and trying new recipes is my idea of fun.
Favorite Movies	Gone With the Wind, Vampire and Werewolf movies, Planes, Trains and Automobiles.
Favorite Music	Old time rock and roll. I can listen to just about anything and enjoy it.
Favorite Books	I enjoy Joanne Fluke, Diane Swanson, G. A. McKevett and Jimmi ruth Evans. James Patterson rocks! J. A. Jance is a great read too.
