| Introduction | What’s up? Alex is from Miles City, MT and is majoring in journalism and political science. He aims to “suck everything out of college like it’s a plum.” So, he’s trying everything under the sun, while trying to not fly too close to it. He has this odd obsession with this one thing -- called geocaching. He calls it “GPS treasure hunting,” where it is about “the journey, not the destination, much like college is.” How exciting. On that note, he elaborates even more. “A lot of times -- a lot of times,” he says words for the thoughts not coming quick enough to his mind, “a lot of times I do ‘georunning.’ It’s basically running aimlessly around town trying to find a geocache that’s in the middle of the street.” Cool. Alex loves to tell people that he is an avid listener to hip hop and indie music. He says one of his favorite songs is by A$AP Rocky called “Everyday.” It goes “So everyday I spend my time/ drinking wine, feeling fine/ Waiting here to find the sign/ That I should take it slow (Here I go).” Alex doesn’t drink wine. Alex also enjoys reading and writing. |
