This is a colon : and this is a semi-colon ; - what's a semi-truck?
A semi truck is what happens when your mom is in the room, so you dont want to say "fuck", but you figure that saying "truck" is a tad too obvious, so you randomly yell out "SEMI TRUCK!!!" when you stub your toe. The result is that everyone thinks you're a lunatic...but hey, at least your mom didn't hear you swear.
