| Introduction | I recently rekindled my love of cycling from when I was a child. It's funny how the bike goes away once you turn 16 and have four wheels. Riding a bike for me is spiritual, a place where I can let my mind wander. Not to mention all the health benefits of riding, like lowering my blood pressure as well as my resting heart rate. Perhaps I'll see you on the road some time. |
