Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Fish like a lot of things they don't need. When they get their bicycle, they'll think it's great at first, but they'll soon find it's actually holding them down to the bottom of the ocean. Kind of like the two tons of junk in my house right now.
