| Introduction | I'm married and have two teenage foster daughters. We have 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 gerbils and if I let the girls have their way, we'd have a zoo. They have actually asked if we could get a giraffe. We go to a smaller church where my husband plays guitar with the worship team and I lead the middle schoolers... yes, it's a bit crazy in my class :) I'm an Independent Distributor for It Works! Global. They are an amazing company to work with and have good, Christian values to boot! I'm also working 3 days a week as a dental hygienist and have been with the same practice for 13 years now. This blog is starting out so I can have a place to be accountable and take control of my health. When you read the "A Little History", you will see why.
