| Introduction | I dreamed I stole a truck, drove to the zoo, rode on a lion, drank from a bucket, dug a hole, and then somehow ended up in class. |
| Interests | Music, piano, dance, sing, compose, write, read, swordplay, badminton, and the occasional daydreaming. |
| Favorite movies | I love anything Wuxia, philosophical, ancient historical, has deep meaning, romantic tragedy, or highly moving. I'm probably the only person I know who did not watch Avatar, and never will. I'm one of those people who watch movies for the message, storyline, and content, not the overly expensive investment in Industrial Light and Magic for their eye-candy. |
| Favorite music | I love music with good lyrics, and music written for a good cause. When JJ Lin wrote Aiyuxiwang (Love & Hope) for the 5.12 Earthquake, that song instantly became my favourite. Why? Moving lyrics, and even more moving cause. Writing a song to console the victims of an earthquake is much better than writing a song to fund a celebrity's crack addiction in my opinion, especially if the song's lyrics revolve around the century-old "I love you, you don't love me, but I still love you, blablabla" theme. Another favourite is Sarah McLachlin's Angel. Her voice is beautiful, and the words are transcending. |
| Favorite books | I'm a fan of Dan Brown's three popular novels; Angels & Demons, The Da Vinci Code, and The Lost Symbol. It's always interesting to learn about the perceptions from non-Christians on sensitive religious topics. Dan Brown is truly a genius at amalgamating rare and suppressed facts. I also love ancient history, and I've read many books on those, fictional and nonfictional. |
