| Introduction | I am the membership coordinator (vocations, oblates, volunteers) at the Monastery of St. Gertrude, Cottonwood, Idaho. I made profession in 2000. The Monastery of St. Gertrude is Roman Catholic Benedictine community located in Cottonwood, Idaho. Our life focuses on community life and prayer. Some of our members work away from the monastery in education, health care, pastoral services, etc. We have a very active retreat ministry.
