Introduction	Unlike math, cooking has always been very easy for me. I started off just like every kid, cooking eggs and then moved on to sandwiches and now, I'm a lot more experienced. My friends can tell you that I always cooked a meal for them. In high school and college, I introduced them to island food and my take on Southern Food. I feel blessed to have people I love, support the fact that I love food, sometimes it is almost an obsession. I don't know how to walk in a specialty grocery store without smelling each herb, or reading about new seasonings, or walking by the "Prepared Foods" display for new ideas. I even called the cable company and asked if I can just pay for "The Food Network". It is that serious! After a long day at work, most people just want to lay on the couch. I want to get in the kitchen to relax. I am constantly thinking of ways to revamp recipes I've seen, cook a dish I've had at a restaurant, or inspire myself by cooking something different. Either way, I have finally realized that this is my passion. The goal is to inspire others and share recipes. Most of all, I want people to try it and tell me what they think. Enjoy!
