Introduction	I was recently diagnosed with a chronic disease called Psoriatic Arthritis. This blog was started as a way for me to keep track of thoughts and observations of the disease in an attempt to help me realize my triggers and helps. Meanwhile, I am still working and trying to keep the pain from the disease under control and keep me from going insane.
