Introduction	I have an 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter. I have a wonderful husband whom I have been lucky enough to be married to for 14 years. My son is recovering from autism which spices up our life dramatically. I am committed to learning as much as I can about health and nutrition as I continue to work on healing our son.
