| Introduction | I myself am not a vegetarian but my roommate is. As I am sure most of you will agree, it is easier to cook just one meal we can both enjoy. I have recently been searching for and cooking vegetarian meals that are delicious and interesting enough that I don't miss the meat. Turns out, I have really enjoyed myself!
