Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I've had this discussion with my neck before, but, you see, it's an exhibitionist. Every time I try to put on a scarf my neck rips it off yelling "freedom!" and something or other about not being bound and restricted by normal societal expectations.
