| Introduction | I'm a girl who's always been involved in dance but always been a drummer in high school marching band and drum corps. I have been involved with the Govenaires Drum and Bugle Corps out of St. Peter, MN since 2003. At the age of 25, after much encouragement from the Govenaires guard members, I decided to give guard a try - and realized it had been a missing link in my life! Now I absolutely love it, think about it all the time, have formed some of the best friendships I've ever had in my life, and would never dream of going back to the drum line! In "real life" I am the Director of Web Marketing at Minnesota State University Mankato, and take on free lance graphic design work whenever I can. |
