Introduction	As a life coach, my biggest client is myself. I can be negative, cranky, glass-half-empty, but when I can focus, I get glimpses of how far I've come, how much I love my life and how sweet it feels to enjoy the moment I'm living right in this second. When I started blogging 5-or-so years ago, my world looked pretty different. I went from a public relations executive downtown, to a suburban wife and mom by day with a private life coaching practice by night. Somehow writing my blog has helped me transform my life, (oh yeah..and I guess I should credit the support of John, my family , my coaches, God and the Academy ...oops, I guess I haven't won the Oscar YET...so embarrassing). Honestly, though, I never expected to have the life I'm living now and I wish the same for anyone breathing. When I write, it helps me enjoy the sweet moments of life, laugh at my mistakes and move fervently toward growth, improvement and influence. So here I go... learning, living, laughing and crying all the way.
Interests	Running (2 marathons -- oo rah!), therapy, spending time with friends, challenging myself to set new goals, most of all laughing with my husband at our rediculously not-funny inside jokes
