Introduction	I live in Idaho and try to take advantage of the short growing season by jamming in as many vegetables, fruit tree/shrubs, and ornamental plants and flowers as I can into my 1/3 acre urban homestead. When not in the garden I (try to) blog about my adventures gardening, canning, dehydrating, cooking gluten free and vegetarian, and being a caretaker to one gluten free spouse and three deaf rescue dogs.

I wouldn't. Not laughing at poop is akin to not liking puppies.
