| Introduction | Craig Brown, Senior Manager, Customer Experience Strategy has worked more than a decade in the telecommunications industry in senior product management and marketing roles. Craig is responsible at Allstream for supporting Web 2.0 innovations, and has recently completed global research on Web 2.0 and SaaS for the Enterprise market. At Allstream he is actively experimenting with blogs, wikis and next generation Web 2.0 applications to help advance internal and external capabilities.
