| Introduction | I guess it all started in Central New Jersey. It was a beautiful March day, the year was 1980, and a bouncing baby girl was born! In all honesty, I don't know if the weather was beautiful, I probably wasn't bouncing, but I was definitely born, that part is completely true. Although I have no desire to move back to the old Garden State, I will defend its honor till my dying day! My gritty, New Jersey upbringing helped to foster some of the best parts of my personality... I'm honest, down-to-earth, and lacking pretention. Whether I'm parenting my kids, teaching a hula hooping class (yes, you read that correctly!), talking with another parent, or working with a client; I strive to be authentic in all that I do. My personal practice is mindfulness. It's all too easy to move zombie-like through our days, but I do not accept that fate! I love passionately, connect openly, and dream fiercly! If I can flow with life, then I stand a much better chance of making a difference in this world. A few credentials...
