Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility. I hate people who are so stuck on their own damn opinions that they can't even realize the remote possibility that they might be wrong. Call me stubborn, which I am, but at least I'll listen to your views and care about them without shutting you completely out.
